4ESydney will be collaborating with Campbelltown Arts Centre and Village Boy Entertainment (led by L-FRESH The LION) to present a workshop as part of Conscious Connects at Campbelltown Arts Centre on Sunday 1 December.
Conscious Connects is a practical skills development day for aspiring and practicing artists and music industry workers in Western Sydney and beyond.
This event will include intensive workshops and seminars developed for practitioners at varying stages of their journey in the music industry. Attendees will gain practical skills, insights from industry professionals, engage in hands-on activities, be provided take-home resources, and the opportunity to network with fellow music professionals.
In 2024, Conscious Connects will dive into three key areas of the music industry:

Practice: Creative processes and business skills

Performance: Booking and preparing for live gigs

Release: Promotion and administration tasks
ABOUT CONSCIOUS CONNECTS
Campbelltown Arts Centre’s Conscious program supports the vibrant hip-hop community of Western Sydney. Facilitated by hip-hop artist and South-West Sydney local L-FRESH The LION and his team at Village Boy Entertainment, Conscious develops socially minded hip-hop artists, connects them with their communities and puts Western Sydney voices and stories centre stage locally and beyond.
