Q. Where and when is 4E?

  1. Music Industry Conference is held at Leo Kelly BLacktown Arts Centre, 78 FLushcombe Rd, Blacktown Thursday 23 & Friday 24 November 2023. Festival is held at the Warrick Lane Precinct, Cr Main Rd, Blacktown Saturday 25 November 2023.

 

Q. How much does it cost to attend?

  1. The Festival on Saturday is FREE! Conference passes range in prices, all of which can be found here: https://events.humanitix.com/4e-conference

Q. If the festival is free to attend do I still need to register?

  1. It is greatly appreciated if you register so we can best plan and cater for our audience. Please register here: https://events.humanitix.com/4e-festival 

 

Q. Will there be alcohol at the event?

  1. No. 4E is an all-ages, alcohol-free event. Alcohol will be confiscated. No BYO permitted.

Q. What can I expect to see at the festival?

  1. An incredible line-up of some of HipHop’s finest emerging and iconic artists, DJ sets, car displays, live art, artisan markets, workshops & activities, break dance competition, and lots of good community connection and fun!

 

Q. How long will Main Road be closed for?

  1. Between 5am Saturday 25 November and 1 am Sunday 26 November.

 

Q. Will the festival proceed in wet weather?

  1. 4E will proceed in inclement weather. Festival Management will monitor the weather and make a decision based on public safety in the event of a severe weather forecast. Please keep an eye on our social pages for communications if bad weather is predicted or looking likely. All handles are @4ESydney 

 

Q. Will there be food and beverages available?

  1. Yes! Local establishments will be open; we encourage you to support them! Offerings include coffee, pizza, Mexican, kebabs, fruit & veg, juice bar, and more, all within walking distance to the festival hub. There will also be free water refills available on site. We encourage everyone to BYO water bottles and avoid using plastic.
